River

River practices non-physician osteopathic manual therapy, informed by the principles of Traditional Osteopathic Manual Therapy as taught at the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy in Canada. She is not a licensed physician or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), and this work is not intended to replace conventional medical care, but to complement it.

This approach is grounded in the principle that the body is an interconnected system with an inherent capacity for self-regulation and healing. Through a refined understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the relationship between structure and function, treatment considers how the musculoskeletal, nervous, circulatory, and visceral systems interact as a whole. The focus is on addressing underlying causes of dysfunction, rather than solely managing symptoms.

Treatment aims to gently restore mobility, alignment, and vitality within the body’s tissues, while supporting the circulation of fluids such as blood, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, and others essential to healthy function. This improved flow enhances communication between systems and supports the body’s return to balance.

Sessions may support general health maintenance, recovery from injury, resolution of specific conditions, and optimization of physical or cognitive performance.

This work can benefit a wide range of people, and may be especially supportive for those experiencing concussions, nervous system dysregulation, TMJ, chronic headaches, significant scar tissue, post-surgical recovery, car accidents or high-impact injuries, and discomfort related to orthodontic or dental work.

Shawn

Shawn offers Relational Somatic Coaching to support deeper connection—with yourself, your body, and the relationships that matter most. Her work is rooted in the understanding that lasting change happens not just through insight, but through felt experience.

Drawing from Relational Somatic Healing, Nonviolent Communication, and her background in nourishment and food, Shawn supports clients in building a more compassionate relationship with their inner world. Sessions create space to slow down, listen inward, and develop the capacity to stay present with emotions, needs, and relational dynamics as they unfold.

Through this work, clients learn to navigate conflict with greater clarity, shift long-standing patterns, and cultivate more honest, connected ways of relating. The process invites a deeper sense of trust, resilience, and the experience of being met—within oneself and with others.

Aubrey

Aubrey offers intuitive, presence-based bodywork rooted in the understanding that touch can be a powerful gateway to healing. Her work creates a space where the body can be met with care, attunement, and respect—supporting a deep sense of safety, softness, and reconnection.

Her approach is shaped by years of personal healing and professional training, including a clinical immersion in Ayurveda and Tibetan Medicine with Dhyana Essentials. These traditions inform her view of the body as an integrated system, where physical, emotional, and energetic processes are deeply interconnected.

Aurey specializes in lymphatic massage, supporting the natural movement of fluids within the body. By encouraging healthy lymph flow, her work helps reduce stagnation, support immune function, and promote a sense of ease and internal balance. Sessions are both therapeutic and restorative, inviting the nervous system to settle and the body to unwind.

In addition to lymphatic bodywork, Aurey offers specialized Ayurvedic therapies including Netra Basti and Ayurvedic lymphatic massage. Netra Basti is a traditional treatment in which the eyes are gently bathed in warm, clarified ghee to soothe the nervous system, support eye health, and bring relief to dryness, strain, and mental fatigue. Her lymphatic sessions take a whole-body approach, working with the body’s fluid systems to encourage drainage, reduce stagnation, and support immune and nervous system function. Treatments may incorporate supportive tools such as warm towels, stones, cupping, gua sha, and herbal preparations, creating a deeply restorative experience that promotes balance, circulation, and overall vitality.

Narayani

Narayani offers bodywork rooted in Traditional Tibetan Medicine, shaped by a lifelong connection to nature and healing. Her approach is informed by extensive training in massage therapy, aromatherapy, and plant medicine, as well as a dedicated apprenticeship in Tibetan Cranial work. Through her ongoing study of Sowa Rigpa—the “Science of Healing”—she works with the understanding that the body, mind, and energy systems are deeply interconnected.

Her sessions are designed to restore balance, release tension, and support the body’s natural capacity to heal. Narayani offers Ku-Nye (Tibetan massage), a warm oil-based treatment that incorporates rhythmic touch, gentle stretching, and elemental balancing to calm the nervous system and revitalize the body. She also practices Tibetan Cranial, a subtle modality that uses light touch and pulse assessment to support alignment within the skull, nervous system, and energetic channels, encouraging deep regulation and integration.

In addition, Narayani offers sculpting facial massage to support circulation, lymphatic flow, and skin vitality—promoting a lifted, radiant, and refreshed appearance. Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a space for restoration, balance, and reconnection across the physical, emotional, and energetic body.
