7 CIRCLES OF HEALING
Your body is a temple so your care should be a ritual.
To truly care for the body, we must listen to it first. To move in response to the information it gives us. Often, to be heard is all the body needs to let go. Here our mission is to see the human and not the separate systems. To support the nervous system as well as the structure so that you go about your life centered and from a place of balance.

RIVER
FOUNDER
I started off my life with intense pain and illness, and every doctor had a different theory about what was wrong. I didn’t feel like my body was a friend—it felt like something I had to fight against every day. Over time, I began teaching myself how to create wellness and joy in my body, starting the long and beautiful process of re-friending myself. I did this by truly listening to what my body had to say—and responding with care. This is the foundation of my work: in each session, I listen and respond.
That journey gave me not only a lifelong passion for the healing arts, but deep compassion for those in pain. I began massage school at 19, earned an A.A. in Kinesiology: Sports Medicine, and pursued extensive trainings in bodywork, healing, and functional anatomy. I’m currently in training as a non-physician osteopath, continuing to deepen my understanding of how the body holds, expresses, and heals.

SAMANTHA
MASSAGE THERAPIST
I grew up with severe asthma and allergies, and when traditional approaches failed to bring lasting relief, I began studying with an herbalist and healer to understand the body from a different lens. At 19, a major healing crisis forced me to find my own way through—igniting a lifelong path in health and wellness.
I began hands-on bodywork in 2010 and eventually entered a 7-year healing program focused on the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of health, with specialized study in cancer, autoimmune conditions, and heart disease. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of how tension moves through the body, and I pride myself on the quality of contact I bring to each session. My mission is to help clients reconnect with themselves through bodywork—holding a space where they can return to center and allow true healing to unfold.

More About What River Does
Lymphatic Facial with Buccal massage
Facial sculpting and wrinkle reduction. I work with the fluid, muscular and fascial aspects of the face. Sometimes I call this work the non-surgical face lift because it is so powerful at transforming sagging, inflammation, and tension lines. Helps with headaches, TMJ, and the glymphatic system (the lymphatic system of the brain).
Buccal massage works on the jaw muscles and joint placement from the inside of the mouth.
Lymphatic massage
Combining classical, osteopathic, and Ayurvedic techniques to target specific areas of lymphatic stagnation.Utilizing tools like heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, when needed. Liver release and organ abdominal massage and facial work are also utilized. This massage tagets the lymphatic system but does not feel like the classical “light touch” lymphatic massage. I open up specific parts of the musculature to allow fluid to flow freely. Paces when there is lymphatic stagnation are often very tender.
Breast tissue if often a major sit of fluid stagnation this supports fibrocystic changes, tenderness and swelling, and cancer prevention.

Somatic Emotional Integration
Have you every felt like you have worked things out in you mind or at therapy but they are still affecting you? Sometimes the are being held in the body, even when you are ready to move past them. I will help you find where your body is holding them and in a trauma informed way, support you to release them.
Cranial Sacral therapy
Cranial-sacral therapy came from the foundations of osteopathy. I work with the bones, membranes and the fluids of the cranium to support alignment and movement in the cranial bones and increase the vitality.
I’ve seen amazing this happen with whiplash, headaches, and brian fog. If you have had a direct trauma to the head, your body remembers and is often still holding on to the memory.
Non-physician Osteopathy (student)
A very gentle approach to alignment, restructuring, and healing, osteopathy focuses on creating proper movement in the bones, organs, fasciae, and membranes. Every structure in the body has a specific movement and range of motion it is meant to perform. When a structure's movement is blocked, its vitality (life force) is also impeded. Because everything is connected, this can diminish vitality in other parts of the body as well.
